1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of AI Daily Games, operated by Suhrid Regmi (sole trader), Tasmania, Australia. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The service

AI Daily Games provides browser-based daily puzzle games powered by artificial intelligence. We offer a free tier and a paid Premium tier. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Accounts

You may play without an account, but an account is required to save progress, maintain streaks, and access Premium features. You are responsible for keeping your sign in details secure. You must provide a valid email address to create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Premium subscription

The Premium tier is available for $4.99 USD per month, billed monthly. Payment is processed by Stripe.

• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
• You can cancel at any time through the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change the price of Premium with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate gameplay
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with other users' access to the service

6. Intellectual property

All content on AI Daily Games, including game mechanics, branding, logos, and AI-generated content, is owned by or licensed to Suhrid Regmi. You may not reproduce or distribute any content from the site without written permission.

You retain no rights to AI-generated game content displayed during gameplay.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

AI Daily Games is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that game content will always be accurate. AI-generated content may occasionally contain factual errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Suhrid Regmi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
