1. Who we are

AI Daily Games is operated by Suhrid Regmi, a sole trader based in Tasmania, Australia. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to Suhrid Regmi operating as AI Daily Games.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following information when you use AI Daily Games:

• Account information — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and email address
• Gameplay data — your daily challenge results, scores, streaks, and round history
• Payment information— if you subscribe to Premium, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Usage data — pages visited, time spent, and interactions with the site, collected via Google Analytics
• Technical data — your IP address, browser type, and device type, collected automatically when you visit the site

3. How we collect data

We collect data when you:

• Create an account or sign in
• Play a daily challenge or practice round
• Subscribe to or manage a Premium subscription
• Visit any page on the site

We use the following third party services which may collect data independently:

• Supabase — database and authentication provider. Your account data and game history is stored on Supabase servers.
• Stripe — payment processor for Premium subscriptions
• Google OAuth — if you choose to sign in with Google
• Google Analytics — website analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymised usage data.
• Anthropic — the AI model that generates game content. Your personal data is not sent to Anthropic. Only game content prompts are transmitted.

4. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain your account
• Save your game progress, streaks, and stats
• Process your Premium subscription and billing
• Send magic link sign in emails when requested
• Improve the site using anonymised analytics data
• Display relevant advertisements (see section 7)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised gameplay statistics may be retained indefinitely.

6. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Withdraw consent to data processing

7. Advertising

AI Daily Games may display advertisements served by third party ad networks including Google AdSense. These networks may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve ads based on your interests and browsing activity. You can opt out of interest-based advertising by visiting Google's ad settings.

8. Cookies

We use cookies for:

• Keeping you signed in to your account
• Google Analytics website usage tracking
• Third party advertising (where applicable)

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the site may not work correctly as a result.

9. Children

AI Daily Games is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us at hello@aidailygames.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
